On May 18th, Consul General Tang Zhongdong held virtual meeting with Mr. Thema, Consul General of Botswana in Johannesburg and exchanged views on promoting pragmatic collaboration.

CG Tang said, this Consulate General will ecourage Chinese companies to invest and do business in Botswana and other African countries and keep close contact with Botswana Conslate General in Johannesburg. He also briefed CG Thema the lateset situation of Covid-19 pandemic, progress in vaccination in China, and emphasized on China’s achievements in poverty alleviation as well as its economic development data in the first quarter this year.
