In view of the evolving COVID-19 epidemic situation in Gauteng Province, the Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China in Johannesburg will adjust its consular service as follows:

1. As from 23 March, the Consular Office will open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 11:30am.

2. The services for notarization and consular authentication(legalisation) will be suspended.

3. Those with emergency please contact via the consulting email chinaconsul@gmail.com.

The above adjustments are temporary measures to cope with the current pandemic situation. A further notice will be issued when normal services are resumed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
